Vacant or occupied, it does not matter
If the house is empty, we can close whenever you are ready. If there is a tenant, we can buy with the lease in place and take over from there. Either way you do not need to make repairs, paint, or turn the unit before selling.
Many of the owners we work with live outside Georgia. We can handle much of the process by phone and email, and many closing attorneys offer remote signing, so you may not need to fly in.
