Can I close after I have already moved?

Yes. Many sellers close after they have moved. We can coordinate access to the house and ask the closing attorney about remote signing.

Can I stay in the house for a little while after closing?

Sometimes. We have arranged short stays after closing for some sellers, but it depends on the sale. Ask early. If we agree to it, it goes into the agreement in writing.
