When you call us, or when you ask us to call you, you may speak with our AI phone assistant. It tells you it is an AI assistant at the start of the call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately, and the notes are kept with your request.
We only place automated or AI-assisted calls, or send automated texts, to people who have given us permission, for example by checking the consent box on our offer form. You can withdraw that permission at any time by telling us on a call, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us, and we will stop.
